121212.music is a platform for discovering, promoting, and supporting independent Black music. The Platform provides artist profiles, label directories, playlists, industry resources, and music submission capabilities. All content is curated by the 121212.music editorial team.

3. Music Submissions

By submitting music through the Platform, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the content. Submission does not guarantee feature, playlist inclusion, or any form of promotion. 121212 Music reserves sole editorial discretion over all content featured on the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of 121212 Music or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, submit misleading or fraudulent information, attempt to interfere with the Platform's operation, or scrape or harvest data without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

121212 Music provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied. In no event shall 121212 Music be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
